・Meeting time and date: Saturday, September 19th, 9:30 AM ・Meeting place: Nobana: 2-1 Gokenya-cho, Kishiwada City, Osaka Prefecture ・Base time: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM ・You can take turns viewing from the 2nd floor terrace. ・You can rest in the 1st floor cafe space. ・On the day, we will guide you on a detour to avoid crowds, so it may take about 30 minutes to get there. Thank you for your understanding. ・You can leave your luggage and use the rest area at the base. From there, you can freely view the festival. ・Base time will be 2 hours, and it will be a rotation system. ・You will be dismissed at the base, so please return home on your own. ・The event will be held rain or shine. Refunds will only be given if it is canceled due to severe weather. ・Application requirements: Ages 6 and up (Minors must be accompanied by a guardian when applying.) ・Even if preschool children are participating, please enter the number of people. ・If there are 2 or more people, please make sure everyone is present
